| More About Me |
| I’ve dabbled in all aspects of left leaning granola crunching protests, animal rights actions and antiwar rally road trips. Albeit a lightweight in terms of my success, I have a quiet hippie soul with an overt conscious capitalist outer façade & life mission. I'm fairly stubborn but love to discuss & argue my points passionately (I have Latin lineage, can be loud & my hands do a lot of talking). I'm gently sarcastic, but typically not overly obnoxious. Sometimes I become obsessed with learning about projects, educating myself and lose a lot of time going down rabbit holes in search of answers, normally regarding business projects. I’m tenacious for those things that I truly want to seek out, but can easily let go & walk away if I become disinterested, bored or feel a disconnect. My normal disposition is to work vigorously if I feel a mutual support or find a sense of accomplishment in a task. I can be overly verbose, easily excited about politics, veganism, new business projects & especially my daughter! I can go off on tangents in a myriad of directions but can also be myopic, laser focused & diligently driven – I fall somewhere between those two diametric gulfs. I believe I’m open to constantly learning & growing in all aspects of life. At the same time, I can hold a grudge or resent serious aggressions. I can let small things go, but I’m certainly not enlightened like Gandhi or the Buddha – albeit I strive, I don’t seek perfection just comfortable solutions. I can be extremely empathic but have little tolerance for constant self-pity & weakness. I believe there are times in our lives when EVERYONE needs a helping hand, a kind listening heart but also feel grounded in my belief of pulling up your bootstraps and getting back in the game. Dusting off the dirt and trying to make the best lemonade from the sour fruit that you deserved, settled for or ended up with. I believe that if you have your health you should use it to bring about the most positive change for you & those around you. I’ve never been a drinker, socially or otherwise. I’ve never smoked & can’t stand the smell. I have LOTS of interest these days in (other than my beautiful daughter) – everything NZ, RE development, RE investing, green stocks, building science, business opportunities, hiking, trails, cooking, ecological advancements.. In a self-acknowledged contradiction, I love everything about Disney & can be a big kid running around Orlando (albeit I suffer from motion sickness). |

| I'm Looking For |
| Maybe you love road trips, hiking and trails, have deep passion for animals and love to experiment with new vegan recipes in the kitchen (I certainly do). Perhaps you listen to NPR on a regular basis and love the thought of visiting NZ! Maybe you like green smoothies or juicing, you have to love salads and maybe you have a sweet tooth for raw or non raw vegan treats! Someone that enjoys movie nights (albeit I prefer documentaries I can also watch lots of Pixar and others) and nutritional yeast covered popcorn. Perhaps you love to patronize veggie restaurants and get excited and sometimes bent out of shape over fresh warm crusty bread! My life is fairly busy these days (as it really always has been) and I’m looking for a partner to hang out with, very likely take things slow as my life doesn’t allow me to rush into much and see where life takes us. At minimum, it would be great to have a new vegan friend that has some occasional time to share fun outings and some level of connection. |
