| Why I'm Vegetarian |
| I live by the principle "live and let live". I am vegetarian, almost vegan (I eat cheese and eggs occasionally, but they're not necessary). We don't need animals for our food, clothes, shampoo etc, so to the best of my knowledge, I avoid animal products that come from killing animals. I'm not against using wool, eggs and milk, riding horses, keeping pets at home, but I am for being very responsible in anything we get from the animals we keep or take anything from. I am not open to being convinced otherwise, but I will gladly discuss what exactly I believe and why, and how I live out my beliefs in my daily life. |

| More About Me |
| I am a freelance writer, translator and editor. I used to travel around the EU a lot and spent a considerable amount of time in Belgium, Denmark and Germany. I am an equestrian and owner of two young horses both of whom have been rescued at different times. Needless to say, no leather tack or equipment. Same goes for historical reenactment which is a big hobby with me, no leather. Things I like to be involved with, and this comes through my writing or translation work, are creative writing, film projects (writing or translating screenplay or subtitles), learning about art, history, sports, architecture, humanity, nature, philosophy, how to improve things in the world we live in. I also do some acting, singing, dancing, drawing/painting. My favourite music is classical, European medieval, some rock. My favourite art is mostly medieval and classical too. I am thinking of getting a degree in art history. (I currently hold a Master's degree in languages and language teaching.) I guess I was supposed to mention that I'm loving, caring, and would like to find a partner who will want to eat and cook vegetarian food together.. Yes, of course. |

| I'm Looking For |
| I'd like to mind like-minded friends, and, of course, a like-minded romantic partner. I'm looking for an ethical vegetarian who drinks wine and beer, might smoke a cigarette once every few weeks, and doesn't talk about food and vegetarian morals all the time, doesn't go around preaching, just lives what he believes. Ideally, an equestrian who loves history and classical art. Even better if you are a linguist, an artist, or a historian, or all of these together. |
