| Why I'm Vegan |
| My younger daughter became a vegan when she was 16 (four years ago) and introduced the entire family to delicious vegan food. This life style made so much sense for the environment, to change animal cruelty, and simply feels physically fabulous! I am so tired of having to explain my choice or being seen as "difficult" because of my diet. I hope to date a kindred spirit. |

| I am all about conscious choices. My ideal is a balanced life, between my work as a coach and a teacher and my family / partner. I prefer playful (racket sports, dancing) or gentle work outs (long walks, yoga). I eat organic and vegan. I am also mindful of my mental programs (my beliefs & stories), whether they support me in experiencing a happy and joyful life. |
