| Why I'm Vegan |
| I went vegan in April 2020 at the start of the pandemic because I drew the connection between how humans treat the animal kingdom and why zoonotic diseases exists. As a professionally trained chef of 15 years, I always avoided learning the details about animal agriculture, but felt after having ga divine intervention in March 2020, that it was time to learn and educate myself. And once I did, I decided to go plant-based immediately and have never looked back. I changed my entire ethos of the kitchen, and therefore my life, and as a result, I created an online community dedicated to educating others on the true power of our plate. |
