| Why I'm Raw Vegan |
| I am vegan for health, animal welfare and environmental reasons. I am eat mostly raw, at least at home, because 1) I feel more energetic and 2) I hate cooking on my electric range. I do try to avoid processed and junk food. If I met a fabulous vegan chef I might eat more cooked food! |

| Is a teatotaling vegan cyclist too much to ask for? I don't drink much so if that is a big deal to you then we are probably not a match. A little is fine as long as you don't mind if I abstain. I don't love watching sports but am pretty independent so if you want to watch football I will go skiing on my own! |
