| Amicably divorced for 10 years...the kids have morphed into productive young adults before my very eyes. My daughter is 31 and my son is 28 ... both are independent and living their best lives. We continue to maintain a relationship based on mutual respect and nurturing which no life circumstance will ever change and for that I am truly thankful. After a 10 year run on Wall St (in my younger days), I decided to abandon capitalism in favor of good health. I have a BS and MS in Nutrition as well as an MPH in Integrative Health. I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and certified health education specialist (CHES) by trade and definitely practice what I preach. I enjoy staying active and constantly learning. Maintaining a healthful lifestyle is important to me. Moderation is key! I believe life is an amazing gift and I look forward to experiencing all it has to offer. I respect all life and have little tolerance for those that don't. I love animals way too much to eat them. Life is too short for negative thinking. Honesty is imperative. And laughter, of course, is definitely the best medicine 🤣 |
