| Been a herbivore since April 10th, 1984 (Vegetarian) and Vegan since April 30th 2017. My reasons are many from the fact that I never met an animal I did not connect with, in the 80's friends and people around me were vegetarian, better for my health, better for the planet ... and more. |

| More About Me |
| New for 2024 ... I now have a plan !!! Much has changed in my life in the past 5 years, and now I am looking forward to the age of retirement, in a country that has taken my money over the years and spent it elsewhere. So the coming “retirement” will be more of a reinvention as I move from the “Big City” to a more self sufficient lifestyle. If you too are thinking of a plant-based life with less stress, communing with nature, and being more creative, we may have a connection and that would be great. Not talking off-grid, I have to have Internet and lights, just a much smaller community that still holds values I did 30-40 years ago. So if you wanna chat and see where things go, the coffee/tea is on me. Here is some things about me ... I dislike this part as is sounds like I'm boasting, and that is not normal for me. Here are some of the personal highlights of my 50 plus years off the top of my head, and things like education and employment are not in there ;) - I have toured Europe, East and West, in the Early 80s in a punk band - Have created sculptures and artwork that sold and is publicly displayed - Worked as an assignment photographer for two newspapers and a news magazine - Own my own record label, and have composed and recorded nine complete albums - Along with friends, and supporters have started two totally different charities - Built my own home from the ground up with my own hands - Climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and slept with giraffes - Cycled and walked across all of Europe ... and none of these, or any one thing in my past defines me, because I believe that every day is a new one that holds endless possibilities, fun and adventure. Most of all no one should ever be limited by anything. Given enough time, effort and determination human beings can do amazing things, all of us. |

| I'm Looking For |
| Overall someone who is passionate about their life and beliefs. A person who looks out for the underdog and will pitch in where they can to help. They get the bigger picture, that in our lifetimes we are just the temporary guardians of this earth. That there is something bigger than themselves in helping creatures big and small. Specifically a partner, I expect them to change and evolve, and be willing to share that journey. Overall they should be a unique individual willing to reach out and try new things, be their own person. That person who I get to share my hopes, fears, loves, passions, and share in theirs. Someone that is as independently unique like me, two people sharing a life. At this point in my life I have come to know that no one remains static, and should not. I expect that as well as some basic core traits and values. Honesty, I give and expect complete honesty in a relationship, I never lie. People have said at times I am too honest, but life is too valuable to waste otherwise. The desire to learn, as I feel you stop learning, you stagnate, new ideas and knowledge are the zest in life. The willingness to find adventure in even the simplest of things and beyond. A person who embraces a challenge, with passion and is not afraid to be the hub, or catalyst, for those around them. That is the person that I want in my life someone who WOWs me, and let's me share in that, because I will do the same. Two similar people in the way we approach life, yet two very unique personalities. One never overshadowing the other, both shining brightly, together. Yep ... I'm a Hopeless Romantic, but I know it can happen. :) |
