| More About Me |
| Some basics about me are that I'm considerate of other living things, people, animals and the earth. I try to leave a small footprint ecologically in my buying habits, water use, driving and more. Good science is fascinating to me and I try to get 'news' from various sources to stay current. I am open minded about other peoples choices and believe that 'do unto others' is an ideal philosophy to follow. It is hard for me to stay inside unless the day is very cold, I love to cook and read and usually have several 'projects' going at once in my house. My garden has both veggies, flowers and native plants. I'm the kind of person that will take 5 minutes to watch the bees and spiders and whatever else it happening out there. I like to swim, hike and recently took up pickleball. I'm looking forward to retirement in a few years and have a dream of a country place where I can grow all the food needed even if I can't spend all my time there. |
