| I am a mother of two young adults and a mental health professional. I am a health and wellness oriented person who enjoys whole food plant-based (low SOS) vegan diet and regular exercise that includes weightlifting and cardio. Meditation is a regular practice for me and I love to spend quality time with good friends and my family. I like to get outside on a regular basis to enjoy nature. I’m at a place in life where I would love to do more traveling and exploring. My friends and family would say that I am kind, caring, empathetic, and a great listener. I am a helper and problem solver by nature and enjoy creative pursuits, such as cooking, baking, writing, and pursuing ideas, related to my business, and the work I do. |
