| Vegan (2015). Went Vegitarian accidentally, being so cheap, eating just noodles. After several months noticed i didn't notice. Year later, saw 25% of pasta was protien, high number, investigated, numbers don't get higher. Never believed the protien hype, but even that bs gone i decided than i definitely have no excuse anymore. Im not willing to have a pig or cow or "hotdog animals" killed for deli salt, i can put boulian salt on anything. It wont negatively impact my life, it's not worth their's. Even if it did, i wouldn't notice, realistically though i benifit. Went Vegitarian, then vegan months later. |
