| Why I'm Raw Vegetarian |
| While I do eat cooked pure-veg meals sometimes, I just completed almost a year doing yoga programs where a lot of the food I had was raw or steamed. I became a vegetarian in the 90s after reading Autobiography of a Yogi. But am trying raw veg now as it suited me during my programs, the prep time is less and I have been meaning to try it :) |
