| Why I'm Vegan |
| I became vegan for my health and the health of my future kids. My life coach showed me the research about how veganism is the healthiest diet. And then, I learned about how it is 10X to 15X more sustainable for the planet. That is what convinced me to commit to veganism for life. And then I watched Earthlings and learned that we kill 88,000 animals per second, 2.8 trillion per year (mostly fish). That convinced me I needed to marry a progressive, vegan woman and have a progressive, vegan family. So we can become a "Captain America" family, our best selves, and a force for good in the world. |

| Nothing is more important to me than family (including my 6-pound Chorkie Puppy;) and improving the world. I've dedicated myself to becoming the best possible version of myself, the "Captain America" version. In 7 weeks, I've completely changed my life, including losing 49 lbs, and that's not even the most impressive thing I've done! I am just getting started and am 100% committed to becoming the best possible man I can be. For myself, my future family, and the world. |
