| Initially for health - it took close to 10 years to transition from a standard western diet to whole food, plant exclusive, time restricted eating. I'm now aware of the ethical and environmental benefits. |

I enjoy activities like hiking, kayaking and gardening. I'm not interested in travel - I live in a tourist destination, there's lots to see and do close to home and I'd rather support my local economy. |
