| 1) I occasionally eat meat when I have a very lazy day and eat out and cannot find a plant based or vegan alternative. 2) Definitely! Even 100% plant based. 3) The diversity in the food, the tastes, the variety in produce. Just. The food! |

| More About Me |
| I started working with food late in life, after 44. It has become clear to me that plant based cooking is the thing that makes my body smile lately. I've been moving towards plant based eating for a while and I want to make the transition in the future to eat fully and wholly plant based. I love cooking and sharing the moment with others. I am just a food lover and love being creative letting my chaotic brain go bananas in the kitchen. That's when my brain gets to rest, when I'm creative in the kitchen. I love reading books, a lot. My Kindle is filling up with sci-fi, paranormal, ya, dystopin books. My bookshelves on the other hand is filling up with books on cooking. Specifically plant based and vegan. I love cook books and hate follow recipes, believe it or not. Other than that, I work on being active in life, I know my body needs it badly. In my heart and soul I'm a runner, but getting older means the body is having a say in it. I have a need of being alone at times and also being social at other times. Hard to explain. Just a need for understanding of me-time. I've called my brain both the chaotic brain but also the scattered brain. That is also something that comes with me as a person. I want to see the good in life and people, but even the best fail at times. Always so much more to say. |
